I’ m not healthy because I go to bed late every day. I went to bed at one o’clock yesterday. Though I usually take a bath early, I go to bed late. I depend on cell phone and I always listen to music after I take a bath. I also have dinner late. I usually have it at nine o’clock because I always eat between meals. So, I have to stop that. I often stay at my friend’s house, when I cannot get a wink of sleep that day and I come back home next morning, on that day I am very sleepy in a class. I have to stop that. I try to be healthy.
